Capitalism has some really good benefit as it provides to every member of the society a level playing field to be able to start or run your own business or company with little or no government interference. You can actually grow as an entrepreneur and become your own employer of labour which would take off some of the pressure on the government to provide enough jobs for it's citizens.

The biggest disadvantage to capitalism system of government is the fact that wealth is not evenly shared. It is always the case that 80% of the wealth distribution in the country is only available to 20% of the population and that is very poor.
