💡 Updates A little Halloween update

I have edited "Mere Dark" to a more Halloween themed style. It's just a subtitle change, nothing major. It can be found in the style selector at the bottom or click here.

Furthermore I have also enabled Custom Style Settings for your username, icons, etc. This can be found in the User Control Panel or click here.

Feel free to check around and use whatever style suits you.
