Would you rather hire a manager or run the site(s) yourself?

Would you rather hire a manager to run your site, or would you rather do that all yourself. It would be cheaper to run yourself, but sometimes having a manager gives you more time to devote to other work and sites being worked on. I like the idea of hiring someone soon to run a couple of my sites. I just need a break and I think this would be a great idea.
I can run the business organization myself, and when the business has grown bigger, I will employ a manager to handle the business operations.

Be it site or any other form of business, I would like to start it myself then later as time goes on I might consider employing a manager. It's important for entrepreneur to know about their business so they can plan effectively for it.

Would you rather ask colleagues questions in the workplace? You can boost team cohesion by simply asking a good question or two, whether you're beginning a new job or there's a new face in the office. Try a couple of these would you rather questions to get to know your colleagues. It's entirely up to you if you ask a silly or serious question.

Hiring a manager means your site is generating a lot of money and you can afford to pay the manager. However, for small website owners this is simply not possible because small websites are small because they are not earning much.
It depends on your source if income or the money you are generating from the site, if you can handle it alone, then there's no need for hiring and if the workload is too much, then you can hire a manager.

I cannot be Jack of all trades simply because I want to cut cost of running my site. I will get a manager to run it while.ingo about other business of mine

If I am busy with other things and I don't have the right knowledge to handle the site, I will definitely need an experienced site manager to manage my site.

If I have too much work load I will definitely hire a website manager to help run the website. But I have nothing much to do. I will by all means run it myself.

The best way to do is that you need to start yourself. You have to run it yourself for a while on oder to save extra cost. Then you need to hire some people to manage it for you so that you will have time for other things.

if you got insuffisant time on your hand to manage that yourself, it would be lot better as you will be running things based on your own preferences and the way you like

I would rather that i had soneone run the site for me. I meant certain aspect of the site at least. One cannot be everywhere and everyplace at the same time

I am someone. That believe in perfection. Instead of not doing it well myself I'd rather employ someone that is good at the to handle it for me

If you have another job or site then you can get a site manager to help you out things in the right place but when you don't have then you can run it yourself. But you can go and check it out once in a while

If there is not too much overload of work i would prefer to run the business and manage the website by my self ,it all depends on my schedule

I don't like stress and because of that if I have more than one business to handle then I will definitely get a manager to help me out, there's nothing wrong with getting one. Though most people are scared because they feel these employed managers won't do their best but supervision is the only way to be sure if they are doing their best or note.

I prefer to run a site all by myself if I don't have something else that is taking away my time, because with me handling everything by myself would make me be very sure of all the material been use in the site tho.

If I were to be a good programmer, I'll prefer to run my site by myself. This is because I'll like to take fully responsibility of whatever that happens to my site. With this I can decide to make any alteration whenever I want.

If you are a busy person then it is best you hire someone who will manage your website. There are people who run over five websites and of course they can't manage all of them by themselves.

It depends on my knowledge of running a site.and if i cannot learn or failed to learn due to other schedules, i would rather hire a manager to save my site from running down.

I am not so good at website managment so I might actually hire a manager but only if the website is earning me a good amount of money. How would I pay a manager if I am not earning myself. I remember creating free websites using subdomain and I use to manage them myself.

I was the one managing our office website with an assistant for the technical part particularly the backing up of the contents. We have an editor and a group of writers that are paid on a per article basis. Managing the website is just part of my job as a technical consultant because it is a small task. When there is a server problem the host provider will resolve it for us.
