I don't see any reason why someone wouldn't. I think multinational companies offer good pay with amazing benefits as well. I definitely will consider working with them.

Many people believe that working for a multi-national company is the best choice. However, many people would still prefer local companies if the local companies offer better salary and allowances.

If I get the opportunity to work for a multi national company I would go for it because they have a high standard payment structure and there are so many other benefits tied to it.

I have no workplace preference, I can work in local company or multi national company, it does not matter much, what actually matter is how much I can earn

Agreed. I think one of the numerous benefits they offer is traveling and attending conferences outside your country. Also you get to work with people from different countries.

I have never worked for a multi national company, in fact I do not have a lot of experience with working on any companies. For most of my professional career, I have been self employed.

Perhaps one of the biggest advantages of working for a multinational company is the fact that your rights as a worker or employee are protected by the international laws? I am not aware of this possibility, though.

That is just one of the facts,in a multinational company that has been in the industry for sometime, the benefits are too much, you will be able to tap from their wealth of experience over the years.

we are working just in order to make more money and thats the reason why we decided to work with a company that pays us more , because thats the essence of working

Would you work for a multinational company? Why or why not?
I am not a fan of travelling, so as long as it won't be necessary at any point in my career, I will work for them. The pay for these types of companies is sometimes better than what local employers offer too.

I would jump at the opportunity. In the first place it is not common to get access to such in my country, and as long as the pay is very good, I am definitely going to take it.
I mean, companies like these always often send their workers out for training, seminars

Well if you look around you would see that The majority of the multinational companies around here would normally give steady leave if you are working with them for a long time and it is mostly abroad so I think I will jump on any chance I have at hand.

a candidate that excels in communication, has a solid understanding of the products and services, is patient, has excellent analytical and mathematical skills, and is tech-savvy. All overall excellent customer service skills.
I assure you that if I saw the chance to work for a big corporation, I would seize it. First of all, it is uncommon to have access to such in my nation, therefore as long as the money is excellent, I will take it.
