Why doesn't google tell us in our mail which problem we need to fix to get our site approved by AdSense

Yeah, you are right. Most times we don't know where we went wrong for google to reject our sites. I totally agree with you that google need to tell us in our mail which problem we need to get fix for our sites to be approved by AdSense.

When they reject your site, sometime they will tell what is the problem. For instance, they might say thin content (not enough content), low value content (low quality articles) etc. Do not refuse without telling you the reason.
 
I think the major reason is that they always ask that the terms and conditions be read by those who sign up for the program. Honestly, it's something that a lot of us fail to do.
