Why do employees quit in your view? Personally, I think most of the time it's because a boss is being a boss. They should rather be a leader and lead the team to the right direction.
It depends and i think that in today's era, with the increase in inflation, no one can afford to do so much work for such a small salary, because it was not enough, so he has to take what he has. There are some people who are not used to hard work and they are not used to working under strict conditions or boss so they are forced to resign.

I think it is really difficult, if not impossible, to generalise here. There can be so many reasons for someone quitting a job. Yes, there can be problems with bosses, which is unfortunate. But sometimes one's career plan or workplace preferences change, they relocate, start a family, etc. When it comes to not liking the workplace itself, it can be a problem of workplace culture as well - whether an employee feels valued, whether they feel like their work is meaningful and whether they feel like they can fulfil their potential or move forward within their career.

A lot of employees are going to quit a business if they feel that it's no longer aligns with their values. Some have also reported that they believe their business if they get a better offer somewhere because the workspace is constantly evolving.

There's a thousand and more reasons why an employee would choose to quit their appointment or job and one of them is if the person in question feels like he's not getting the much appreciation that he should.

Although there are various reasons why workers leave their jobs, I believe the most frequent one is because their pay is insufficient for them.
