Getting a customer to buy products from you regularly is a great thing. The fact of the matter is that there are many people who would love to always have regular customers. However, sometime, the customers suddenly stops coming at your workplace or they may ghost you completely. Why does this happen?

I would ghost you as a customer if your character is toxic. There is a woman in my compound that has a grocery shop. I think I have bought with her twice. The day I saw her running down a customer, I told everyone I knew never to attempt to buy with her.

It is very hard to predict customers and that is why we should be careful of how we treat them. We should treat them well like the customers that they are and we should satisfy them.

Trying to predict your customers or what they want without actually hearing from them is actually considered as a business suicide because you will always get your facts wrong and it's always going to affect your business dealings.

Based on experience, I think there are several reasons why a customer may ghost you completely.

Sometimes if the customers are not been provided with the services they wanted at the best time, may contribute to that.

There are many customers who might be foreigners as well. So, if a foreigner stops coming to your business, then it may also mean that they are no longer in your country.
