While it's true that blogs might fail, decline, or degrade when and if they receive little to no attention, this is not the reason why they fail.
The blog will fail if the author neglects it and the amount of content posted there decreases.

Blogs fails because of so many reason so I think that blogs do fail one because of lack of traffic that is what and the reason why blogs do fails sometime I see blogs as failing due to insuficient content.

Its not that blogs fails but maybe the owner is not lacking behind some certain things to put there for the blogs to move and become profitable
