Have you seen an increase in concerns about customer service? Maybe these complaints include distribution difficulties, refunds and so on? Sadly, an ineffective workforce may lead to more customers slipping through the cracks or the loss of potential customers whose inquiries go unrecognized. It might be time to consider growing your employees if you have found that you are struggling to provide stellar customer service. No organization can afford to alienate current clients or disregard potential new ones.

What are your thoughts about this one, please share it in the comment box. Thankyou.
Some need to disregard them because it might not be workforce that is needed but satisfaction. If your customer as nothing to complain about you don't have to stress yoursself on any work force.
Quote of today!
its never to late to win! You ate getting there very soon, just keep believing and trust in your will

You are absolutely right, when a company is booming, and the demand exceeds the expectations, with all certainty that no matter how qualified its personnel are, they will be obliged to hire more personnel. This in order to maintain the quality of customer service, meet demand and keep the business positive.

Your business or company is expanding and you don't have enough employees to handle the day-to-day activities, maybe some employees are working in certain departments in whoich they are not qualified for then yes it is time for you to hire more employees that are qualified to fit into those department so that everybody can be in their respective departments and their Fields so that the work can go smoothly.

Yes that is true when there is too much workload for your workers, that means you needs to hire more workers in order to keep the work going fast and smoothly. However some business man tends to overwork they are workers and refused to employ more this can bring bad effects to the business

Yes,you should hire more workers if the workers have not been able to handle the workforce and if they are not competent enough lay them off and hire more competent workers,as you the higher the demand for your products, the more the workforce expands,so it is better to hire more workers so that they can produce effectively and efficiently on time

On point! Business owners would so well to take note of areas that need attention in their ventures and provide necessary arrangements. Technology has even made things easier you can always use mechanization to produce faster results.

most employers know this but they won't take to what you have said... they prefer to have a lot of things done with few members of staff, this us very cruel and is uncalled for but what choice does an employee have against his boss

Here are three key pointers in moving forward.

You're wasting valuable time doing unnecessary things. Take a closer look at your current situation. ...

Customer service suffers. ...

Your staff works satisfactorily. ...

Make sure your business is able to grow in size.

When the current employees can't handle the available jobs in an organization this is a sign of company's growth and improvement and it requires recruitment of more employees. Some company's management will still continue to manage this situation at the detriment of the employees, this is very bad.

it is about time new hands are bright into the business for further assistance and how to handle these tasks that can't be handled by the current employees that the company has. companies have to make sure that they have sufficient number if employees.

As soon as the service or demand increase, your workforce suppose to increase, don't over stress your workers on the work that suppose to be done by many staff, employ according and meet up with your customers demand.

When you are your staffs can not handle the work available it is only to know that business my phone if the businessman do not employ more hands to be on Deck for the success of that business human being as their elasticity point at that point they may not be able to do any work again so the higher the human resource the higher the profit generated

Sometimes, it is important to understand why they can't handle the work anymore. You have to query them first, if this is done maybe it could be a solution to the problem. But if after you've checked to find the reasons and there is no improvement , then you can fore the employees.

Most private companies pay employees a token and then overworke them. They clearly know that the pay is actually not worth what is quoted for them. When they eventually see that these staffs are overworked the won't still employ.

When the work load is too much, then one need to reconsider. If the present employees can't handle a task due to under staff, then it is important for the company to consider recruiting new set of people, so as to able to meet with the responsibilities at hand. When more staff are needed, one would literary know because of the weight on the current staff and turnout.

This is particularly true for many companies. Sometimes you will see a big company with a very bad customer service. It is time these companies start to hire more workers in order to deliver first class service to their customers. Because without your customers there is no way the business can move forward.

this is not absolutely correct. There should be room for growth and development for all staffs.
staffs should be trained to meet up with the current challenges of their jobs.
Only in exceptional cases that new hires should be made.

I sincerely do not believe hiring more staff is the next step because those staff must have been competent at a partocular time so instead of hiring more staff, I think getting the available staff enough training would be a better option so they can follow the trend.

Sometimes you have to check the factors like the cost of hiring new employees. If you cannot pay new ones, better to train the old ones on those aspects that they are lacking so they can meet up, instead of hiring new ones.
