When should you give raises? And how often?

You should give raises after a long period when a person has really commited to the job and worked well and better than the rest once you notice it you can give him a raise because he deserves that.
Some people really like their job or they are just serious people so for them it's not hard to come to such a state when they may get a raise but it depends on the work's place it's not like any job will give you raises some jobs just won't because they work differently.
If I were a manager I would give a raise to people who truly deserve it after they have done a lot.

The most important thing when it comes to giving your employees raise in their payment is for your business to be profitable over a long period of time. This is because that is the only thing that guarantees that your business will still be able to function in its full capacity when you have given them a raise.
