When is the right time to hire an additional employee?

The budget for the salary of the additional employee is an important factor in the issue. Even if the operation needs an additional worker but if there is no budget then it is not possible to hire because of the financial problem. Sometimes that happens to some businesses and their recourse is to do the work in overtime.
If the company has high demands of their products at a particular time, that means more income for them which will be enough to pay the numbers of extra workers added to the company's payroll.

I completely agree with you that the best time to I am all employee is when the product of the company is selling very well that is it is in high demand and so for you or the company to be able to meet the demand it has to employ more employees to meet these high production quotas that will satisfy the demand for the product.
