You are right, how I wish most manager will have all this quality of how to manage people, working will be very interesting but most manager are so bossing and want to enslave you that is why most people don't want to work

You have made some very good points, I think a lot of qualities differentiate a good manager from a bad manager. It all comes down to characteristics, some managers don't care for the business, they are malicious, selfish and corrupt.

I will say self improvement, there is no body who is perfect, even if you are a professional you can be perfect,a successful manager will listen to other staffs opinion and make right decision while a failed manager will not

I like the last part about hearing the opinion of the employee on the work. The manager is the link between the workers and management. Even small things that the employee would discuss should be given value. In some factories here the workers are left to the care of the labor union which I think is the role of the manager.

Well, these are very good comparison you have written here for a successful manager and also for a failed Manager. Both can never be the same anyways as the sucessful will always outsmart the failed Manager

These are actually correct about successful and failed manager. A successful manager has the interest of the company at heart while a failed manager has his own interest and selfish desires at heart

thats very true I concur with you ,there is a very big difference between a successful manager and a failed manager ,both of them look it from various angles and sites ,successful manager and a failed manager

These are very insightful points that really shows who a good manager is,sometimes to know that you are under a good manager is that in any situation he will always make you to have confidence in yourself.

Successful managers inspires creativity and confidence amongst their subudinates while a failed Manager does none of that to inspire creativity and confidence to their own staffs

Yes what you are saying is true but you will not be able to see hundred percent of what you mention here in good managers. Good managers will have good qualities that you have mentioned here but they will still have some bad qualities. Their bad quality maybe something that people can manage conveniently.

You see a successful manger trying to build his staffs so that they can get good output and productivity in the work place. But a failed manager will not be found doing this for his workers

A successful Manager is one who has failed, admitted his mistakes, learn from it and make necessary arrangements for correction

Yeah you've said it well, also for me a successful manager would be one that leads by example, not just delegating works but leading the course when it's important, also a good manager is one that's responsible for all his members

Nice one, to add to all what you have said, a successful manager is someone who has been able to raise others who can build and manage the business even in his absent. It is not just by the amount of wealth or success achieved.

I live this and I agree with your points, in addition a bad manger will compare you with other people even though your circumstances are different, also the words of a bad manger will always be too harsh.

the difference is very clear ,which you've stated them above ,but in addition both of them have there different ways of treating and advising people ,that's for both a successful and a failed manager ,further more a successful manager will lead by example while the bad manager will be harsh

I agree with your submissions of distinguishing between a good manager and a bad manager.
A good manager must balance professionalism with human feelings and empathy amongst employees.

These are actually extremely informative factors that truly reveals that a great supervisor is actually,in some cases to understand that you're under a great supervisor is actually that in any type of circumstance he will certainly constantly create you to believe in on your own.

Nice. In as much as they will always be a good managers in our way it is always necessary for us to be vigilant to observe bad managers in our business early so that we will not regret if our business collapses.
