We all have different choices in life. You cannot hook me down with your own decisions. If I am not interested in the family business there is no way you can force me to work in it. Everyone with their own dream and career.

I believe children should be allowed to make their decisions when once they've come off age. And these decisions should be respected. If I am not interested I will with all respect decline the offer, stating my reasons why I can't handle the company's business.
