What useless features do you disable ?

What add on / features do you disable that you deem useless on your website or forum?

Attachments as I don't want users to attach images or anything. I rather they upload to imgur or somewhere else to link on the forum.

Here are a few of (likely) many:

• Show forthcoming events from the calendar in the board stats.
• Show birthdays from the calendar in the board stats.
• Portal
• Dynamic Images
• HTML in Posts/Signatures/etc.

Yep.

Maybe just a few of the popular socials and that's it.

Or maybe none but have them as "pre-loaded" options on the custom fields page in ACP.

For my forums, I usually always disable the features that show which users are currently viewing a forum/topic or which users are currently active/logged in. I just find that information to be unnecessary for most users as well as it lessens the strain on my server and database.

Yeah, MyBB at least got rid of AIM when the service ceased to exist, but it still has ICQ, for some reason.

I also think MyBB's help documentation is pretty useless... it's all self-explanatory stuff, like "How to log in and log out" .
