You have already mentioned the best qualities needed by a manager or a leader, but I will focus more on, integrity, respect and discipline, this are some of the qualities of a good leader.

Yes I have seen allot of business owners and managers who tends to have bad attitude towards there employees which is very bad, as a manager you have to make sure you possess all those qualities mentioned above.Discipline is very important and integrity is equally important too. in fact all the points you raised are all importan, but it is a pity that most of the business owners does not possess all these qualities.
Definetly agree, beside that a manager should start something himself then the others should follow him, this will give the employees an idea of what they are doing and will learn from their leader.What skills should a manager have? Do these skills come with personality or are they learned from experience in the workplace? I believe Leadership, Integrity, Maturity, Respect and staying calm under high pressure environments are essential qualities that a manager should have!
Yeah, the business manager always has a lot of responsibilities in the business venture. sometimes he is the one to assign different roles to team leaders and also motivate them to work effectively.A manager is a person who manages the business as a whole. The rank of the manager is sometimes much higher than that of a team leader in any kind of organisation.
Confidence is always very important and necessary when you are working in any business venture. This is because you can be able to listen to people effectively and communicate with them in a concise manner.
actually it does not make sense for a business manager to lack confidence. Confidence is the major thing needed in a business manager for him or her to succeed.Confidence is important for a manager. Just imagine being a manager and not being confident enough! Things would go worst if your employees turn out to be more confident than the manager!
Probably, it is the responsibility of the business manager to try as much as possible to correct employees if they make any mistake. they should also be able to tolerate.A manager must be a self esteemed type, a manager must know to provide for the customers and must be able to tolerate any thing a manager must also be good to his employees.
some people get to learn it the hard way, while some gets destroyed mentally and emotionally after quitting the job, as i always like to say, doing something and sasying it are two different aspect of life.I think this is why so many manager roles in companies are not long-term. People think they have what it takes to handle this and not a lot of people do.
Yes, you're right. Managerial skill is must for anyone that want to become a manager. And I must say this that being in company for a long time doesn't not translate to managerial skill. That's why some people take time to attend seminar and course to enrich their understanding.Having management skills as a business manager is always compulsory. That is why people who have been in the business for a while are always employed as manager because they have experience.
There are of the people have the managerial skill as inborn ability and gift , they are just gifted with it and managing comes easy to them , but to some people , they need to learn how to manage .In most cases some people are naturally talented in managing a business than others but at the same time it is very much necessary for business owners to be calm and to be able to handle every situation both positively and negatively amicably without causing trouble.
Well , even people that are naturally talented in managing a business still have to pass through some learning process.
