For me, courage,patience and humility. Courage in a sense that, how much shaky his business is, he must put a lot of courage to face it, finding ways and solution to make it stable, turning failure into success. He must be patient as he can, because business is like a fruit-bearing tree, it starts from a seed, it takes time for it to grow, to stand strong and to produce fruits. Trusting the process is the key.
