Social media marketing will work only when you have a good conversion. Conversion means engagement on our content (likes, views, comment, share), link visits, product purchases, sign ups, etc. You will have conversion only when you have big audience or can reach big audience through advertising. Running ads frequently will increase your marketing cost, therefore, you will have to focus on building a niche-specific audience. Organic growth is always better but it takes a long time, however, if you are in a hurry, paid ads can expedite visibility.

I have a simple strategy to build followers that is to publish high-quality content consistently. How do you build social media followers?

I still have yet to communicate to my large FB page, and it would cost, but it's doable.

Yes, it costs money to build a huge following on social platforms, however, once you have built a large audience, you can regularly get traffic and sales.
