Leadership is about motivation of people to believe in the goals and vision set for the company and to work in achieving the set down goals while manage is about running the business on the day to day activities

When you are managing a particular thing, it means that you are foreseeing it to ensure that it is remaining the way it is. Leadership on the other hand means you are taking control in order to make it better and achieve goals.

Both leaders and managers try as much as possible to monitor their subordinates and ensure that things are appropriately done for the purpose of business Success and growth .

Actually management is quite different from leadership. alot of people can be leaders but only few can be very good in management because there are alot of strategies that most be employed to be successful.

Management is to handle an organization that makes sure to accomplish a goal. Leadership is to guide an organization to work as a team in a certain goal. Therefore, good management and leadership may be different but both are needed to accomplish an organizational goal in a timely manner with a group of motivated people.

There is quite a marked difference between leadership and management. If you are a leader then you are expected to be directing the affairs of other people and if you are managing something it means that you are looking after that thing

Both leaders and managers are responsible for how the affairs of a business or an organisation is run. They try so much to protect the image of that organisation so as to give it hope and so much potentials.

I think that the management occupy the leading position of the company. This imply that the are also the leaders. Because the management would comprise the directors , CEO, managers etc.

The management is quiet different from the leadership. You may have all the experience in business management and may not possess the leadership skills. This is why they are not the same.

in short, management means managerial competence, when leadership also means working in support.

To me , management and leadership are more or less the same. Those in the managerial post of the company are obviously the leaders in the company in particular.

To management is when you are looking after a set of people to be able to supervise their work and also what they are doing. Leadership on the other hand is trying to ensure that they are on their best ability in order to achieve work.

The word is often used interchangeably because the leaders of the business are in the managerial position. So, there is absolutely no difference between the tow terms.

Leading is when you are going to be responsible for the planning as well as the execution of projects in a business while management is just to ensure that what has been planned is going the way it is.

The management are simply the staffs that are om charge of the running of the business affairs while the leadership are the decision makers of the companies.

Someone who does not have a leadership skills cannot manage a business . in this regard, leadership and management could be used interchangeably because they mean the same thing.

They are all working hand-in-hand and every person that is in a state of handling responsibility would need the to another to deliver effectively and meet up with the expectation of the organisation they are working for.

The words means the same . The two is the same thing so those two words could be used interchangeably I don't really see any sharp difference between the two words.

Management can be related to leadership but not only all leaders can manage. A leader is someone who has the capacity or ability to direct and oversee an organisation or a group of people Houston job entails management but not everyone that manage is it to be a leader.

I don't even know their perfect definition , but what I understand is that anybody can be a leader but not everyone can be a manager, as a manager some qualification must be met.
