What is the best time to send out emails?

In terms of setting up a schedule, what do you think is the best time to send out e-mails to ensure they get seen, read, and interacted with by the person receiving it? I have heard of different times but I would think mid-morning is best, no?

Based on Sendinblue's research, the best times to send emails are 10 am and between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Most people check their emails during these times.

I also agree with mid-morning. This allows time for those who start the day with meeting to at least open their email. Also, many executives prefer taking a coffee break at mid-morning, thus making it an opportune time for emails.

If your subscribers are in the same time zone, and are active at the same time, there might be some hours when your email will have a high open rate. However, if your subscribers are scattered in different time zones, how can there be a best time to send email? However, I do believe you need to control your frequency to increase your click through rate.
