If one starts up a business on an unfavourable location the person stand the risk of losing out. We meant to start a business in a favourable location suiting to our business in order to make faster sales.

Sometimes, when you think you are doing the right thing by not letting go of some bad customer, you are actually driving your business backwards. one mistake I always make is holding onto customers I am supposed to have let go ever since.

Concerning your question, my answer would be capital. Capital is a term for financial assets, such as funds held in deposit accounts and/or funds obtained from special financing sources. The only missing link from my business is capital. If I had enough capital nlw, my business would be up and running and I'll be gmhaving positive cashflow monthly

Hmm, then you should try as much as you can to be transparent with your customers and try to add those features that will entice them. I really don't know if its online business you run or an offline own. They shouldn't doubt you much when you run an offline business.

First of all, you need substantial capital to start up your business. Then you look for a good location to get your business up and running. Location matters a lot when it comes to the productivity of a business.

Well, as at now, I can say everything is going well although I still have a lot of areas to work on but they do not affect my business totally negatively like that as the business is still moving forward. I need to work on areas of entertaining fear of losing a customer who is not really ready to deal with me .

You don't need to get afraid of losing your customers. Erase such fear factor and build your customer trust rating high before your customers, by being honest to them when it comes to business. Always deal on items/goods that attracts market demands.
