What is missing in your business, that makes it not to move forward?

I don't think there is anything missing in my Business that's not making it for forward. For example the most integral part of it is sales and marketing and have been doing this even before I start off this business because no business can survive without it in any sector or economy of the world

I am not currently a business owner not an entrepreneur, but according to my own understanding, all what you have stated above are factors that hinders a business growth. Another is poor transporting and marketing facilities

The first thing I notice that makes most business especially online or offline ones not to move forward is the fear of trying new things, the fear of losing customers play a big role too. Also, some customers are nothing but setbacks but some people won't want them to leave, hence holding them back.
