I like the name Shadow for a black cat and the name Mango for a ginger cat.

I have always liked the name mittens for an animal such as a dog or cat.

Whenever I see a cat or a dog that has a patch of fur on their paws that looks like a sock or a mitten, I always think of that name, it is cute too so would work!
