Being a community leader is not always as easy as it may seem, you will face challenges that you may not have thought of which can sometimes lead to self-doubt when you lead a community.

As someone who has been or is a community leader, what would you say has been your biggest challenge? Have you been able to overcome any challenges?

Posting activity is tough for me because my forum is mainly for people to come and use forum resources of their own will, so posting activity remains low. Although general discussions aren't the primary focus, it would still be nice to see those forums more active. Heck, I wish more people would come for some of the purposes of the board, such as code requests and support. Building the member base and having people use the resources doesn't seem to be much of a problem, it's primarily the posting activity that is always low. I know I have unlimited options to help deter that, but although it's saddening, as long as users log in to the forum then I think the primary focus of the board is being pursued.

For me, members who add no value to the forum. In the past, I aimed for all. Then there was a lot of chit-chat and no actual content. People were more into social activities than tech talk.
