What do you usually have for breakfast?

I drink a breakfast shake usually with vitamin booster. That way I can take it to my desk and work on things at the same time.

Breakfast is important to certain people with Health issues, of which i was one. About 2 year ago, I was an Ulcer patient and i have to take breakfast as early as i could if not i might not have a great day at work. My Breakfast doesn't have to be heavy but it is necessary for me to take something, example; Bread and Tea, Oat, Biscuits and lot more

This is something that's very similar with my mother. She's suffering from ulcer and as a result of that, she can't skip having her breakfast for any reason whatsoever. Even after having her breakfast, she always have snacks to go with it just in case she started feeling hungry sooner than later.
 
The most important meal of the day is breakfast. I usually have bread and eggs with tea. I always make sure I don't skip breakfast as it is essential in keeping the body running optimally throughout the day.

Seriously, I would never miss my breakfast for any reason whatsoever because when I don't eat in the morning, my whole body is going to be in shock. I will not have focus and I will even be disoriented. I will gladly miss my lunch but never my morning breakfast.
 
If given the opportunity, I would like to have bread and coffee every morning. I know taking it every morning may not be healthy for me as I am trying not to become diabetic, but it is something that I would like to take always.
 
It depends on how I feel when I wake up and what I fancy have to eat in the morning.

Usually, it ends up being a bagel with either butter or chocolate spread and a bowl of melon with a cup of tea that I have in the morning but sometimes I will have cereal or porridge if I am feeling that.

This is exactly how I say it because there are some days I would wake up in the morning and there is a particular food that I will be craving to eat that very morning. When I don't eat that food, there is no way I am going to be satisfied that day.

So, it's all about how I feel whenever I wake up in the morning that is going to determine what I will eat.
 
Well, I do not eat breakfast, I eat lunch and dinner, I just eat two meals per day. When I have to eat breakfast, it is usually fried bread and vegetables.
