I always plan on eating breakfast but because I usually fall back asleep, I end up skipping it, even though I do buy foods I plan on making for breakfast. So instead I end up at McDonald's, and then sometimes I'll eat the breakfast stuff I bought at night.. usually chocolate Pop Tarts and about 5 Smoky Links with ketchup and a bagel 🥯 with cream cheese and butter, one side regular cream cheese and the other side with strawberry and then if I'm still hungry I'll have a yogurt with added almonds and lots of chocolate chips.I personally usually drink a coffee and make some toast or an omelette with 2 eggs, sometimes also an orange juice, depends on the day, what do you usually have for breakfast to start the day strongly?
Wow, that breakfast looks great, it seems like a decent breakfast to gather strength for the beginning of the day, I do not drink tea, but I drink coffee which wakes me up to start the day, in fact if I do not drink coffee, I will be all day like a zombie.I had Irish potatoes added to my usual routine breakfast this morning. It tastes so good. This is the picture of what I had this morning. My tea wasn't in it yet but it was later added. Any morning that I don't drink tea, I usually feel weird. Do we have anything like tea addiction?
