What do you usually have for breakfast?

I personally usually drink a coffee and make some toast or an omelette with 2 eggs, sometimes also an orange juice, depends on the day, what do you usually have for breakfast to start the day strongly?

I always plan on eating breakfast but because I usually fall back asleep, I end up skipping it, even though I do buy foods I plan on making for breakfast. So instead I end up at McDonald's, and then sometimes I'll eat the breakfast stuff I bought at night.. usually chocolate Pop Tarts and about 5 Smoky Links with ketchup and a bagel 🥯 with cream cheese and butter, one side regular cream cheese and the other side with strawberry and then if I'm still hungry I'll have a yogurt with added almonds and lots of chocolate chips.
 
Without a doubt, here's a short string on my morning meal schedule:

1/I typically start my mornings with a nutritious bowl of oats. It's an incredible wellspring of fiber and energy to launch the day.

2/To change it up, I frequently blend in new natural products like berries or cut bananas. The normal pleasantness adjust the oats impeccably.

3/Close by the oats, I partake in some newly blended dark espresso. It assists me with feeling more conscious and engaged as I start my errands for the afternoon.

4/At times, I'll change everything around with entire grain toast finished off with avocado and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. The velvety avocado gives sound fats that keep me full.

5/Remaining hydrated is significant, so I generally have a glass of water with my morning meal. It assists me with remaining revived and supports processing.

Keep in mind, a decent breakfast establishes an uplifting vibe for the afternoon and gives the fuel you really want to handle your exercises!
 
I've tried to eat healthier in mornings, by eating a good breakfast with lots of eggs, some toast, maybe sausages, and a turkey sandwich or something. I have sometimes outright skipped breakfast and eat after 1pm or so.
 
I'm a cereal kind of guy, but I can eat cereal any time of the day regardless if it's breakfast time or not. I like donuts occasionally as well. I've never been a huge fan of a lot of breakfast foods, but I can eat them occasionally and be satisfied.
 
I had Irish potatoes added to my usual routine breakfast this morning. It tastes so good. This is the picture of what I had this morning. My tea wasn't in it yet but it was later added. Any morning that I don't drink tea, I usually feel weird. Do we have anything like tea addiction?

Wow, that breakfast looks great, it seems like a decent breakfast to gather strength for the beginning of the day, I do not drink tea, but I drink coffee which wakes me up to start the day, in fact if I do not drink coffee, I will be all day like a zombie.

I'm not much of a coffee person. I don't sleep well at night and too much coffee drinking will make even more difficult for me to sleep at all.

I just had only small portion of salad not long ago. I needed something light this morning. I will be eating something heavy later in the day, probably pounded yam.

I usually drink a very simple breakfast. A protein shake that is considered a meal replacement. I am trying to lose another 15 pounds or so.

Although sometimes I will need a bit more. It depends on how I am feeling that day.
 
Most of the time it is what I had for dinner. Like 90% of the time. It's because I am eating homemade food and it has way too much to be eaten in one day.
 
I usually have cereal for breakfast. It's been a part of my diet since I was a teenager, and it's a habit that has stuck with me over the years. Cereal is a convenient and familiar choice that helps kickstart my day.
 
Breakfast is important to certain people with Health issues, of which i was one. About 2 year ago, I was an Ulcer patient and i have to take breakfast as early as i could if not i might not have a great day at work. My Breakfast doesn't have to be heavy but it is necessary for me to take something, example; Bread and Tea, Oat, Biscuits and lot more
 
The most important meal of the day is breakfast. I usually have bread and eggs with tea. I always make sure I don't skip breakfast as it is essential in keeping the body running optimally throughout the day.
