What do you think censors are more afraid of: print, songs, movies/tv or the Internet?

Honestly, I would think they're more afraid of television and movies. More people have access to it.

I'm not sure afraid is the word I'd use but I know the crackdown is hardest for movies/TV. The internet is a vessel to all these things in every format from a company's design to hi ho silver and the struggle of consumer rights vs corporate restriction built into the browser to play media, among other tricks is ever ongoing.

Iirc it's books that the internet archive has mainly been slammed over as of late though.

I think they're more worried about television, and maybe music too. The internet is huge and there's really no way it can be fully censored, there's plenty of platforms that exist online and if one of those platforms go down another one will take it's spot.
They did a pretty good job censoring things during covid and other things around that time as we see from leaked documents through freedom of information acts or twitter files.

A small subsect of people will go to those sites you mention that will take its spot but the masses will remain ill informed. Mass censorship also leads to wild conspiracy theories.

I'd just like to point out conspiracy theories in themselves aren't bad at all(it was the CIA that brainwashed the masses into thinking it's coocoo), it's the crazy ones that pop up with no merit that are bad and the flourish under censorship.

I despise censorship because freedom of speech is a prerequisite for freedom. Without saying what you want, you don't live in a free society.
