High Intensity Interval Training is a workout method that combines high impact workouts (to accelerate heart rate and sweating) followed by low impact exercise. HIIT is considered one of the best methods for cardio exercise. It also has other benefits like burning calories to cut weight. Do you try HIIT?

I do not do HIIT. Well, I have tried HIIT a couple of times, but I tried to experience it not because I had some goals in my mind. HIT can be highly beneficial when you are battling with weight. It is also a good cardio exercise. Since it combines high impact and low impact exercise routine, HIT can be better than gym workout
