What are the challenges and possible solutions arises from managing a group of people as a Manager?

Managers are basically expected to work out how to do a new job by reacting to the pressures the role puts on them. What are the challenges that they are confronted with and possibly solutions?
In order to run any organization, it is important that you treat the people working in the organization well. Don't put any pressure on the workers but provide a friendly environment. This process will improve your work and the employee will do his job well

The most difficult thing to manage are human beings, because of their difference in character, culture, behavior and background. Human beings are heterogeneous so it's difficult to manage them. The only way to manage people is through motivation, motivating human is the only possible tool for managing humans.
 
As a manager you are faced with so many responsibility, of which proper management of both human resources and non human resources . This task could be uneasy, because to manage human is not easy, you meet people of different characters and you must ensure you coordinate them to get the best results for the organization

A good manage have to understand first human nature and put into consideration individual strength and weakness in other to maintain synergy or good working relationship.
 
Trying to manage a group of people can really be a handful most especially if the manager is younger in age than the rest of the employees. These are some of the challenges that a manager faces:
• poor teamwork: Sometimes, employees may lose focus on collaboration when they spend a lot of time completing individual tasks. To re-establish teamwork, managers should revisit the purpose of a project.
• Being unstaffed: Managers must recognize when it's time to hire another team member to help fulfill responsibilities within their department. Because the hiring process is time-consuming, it's helpful to get assistance from other managers and human resources professionals when pursuing a new candidate.

The Manager must be a leader interllectually because to manage people coming from different background is a bit difficult. but first he must accept them the way they because not everybody come from same background and tradition.
 
Human being are complicated, we all come from different backgrounds and have different thought process, managing a group of people effectively is not that easy, to do so you have to understand each individual, and know how to communicate with them, communication is simply the key
