As a Christian, there are some businesses that may be frowned upon according to belief, but for me I feel it's between us and what we believe. This is an example of when ambition meets conscience

I will say my religion doesn't prohibit any business, our leaders only advice us not to go into some businesses that are not good in the face of God, but just for money and some of those businesses might be like dealing with prostitutes or being a star over there, engaging in wee selling or production which my country even see it as illegal and some other business ventures similar to them.

Business that did not go in line with my religious belief in simple terms it means that these businesses are highly prohibited by my religious beliefs example cocaine selling marijuana selling cigarette selling and other kind or illegal businesses
Mini as a man with a conscious heart I have to stay clear of such businesses

My religion prevents me from paying union dues. ... However, when the room is needed for business purposes, your employer can deny its ..

In our religion business of alcohol is prohibited. We are not allowed to to drink or sell alcohol also business of pork is prohibited in our religion Islam. Beside these there aren't any such business that we can't do just these 2 businesses we aren't allowed to do.

My religion prohibited any goods that are not good. E.g. indianhelmp, alcohol, pig, dogs. Everyone knows what is good and what is wrong. But poverty has made people go into wrongdoings.

Business is seen as an unbiased legal transaction. There are some businesses that tend to thrive in localities that need them while others do not. In such areas things that thrive tend to be either politically, economically or of religious importance. What are those businesses that your religion does not
I dont think any religion categorically spell out a business as a don't, however a community has named some kind of business as a no go area for some religion. For example, if you are a christian, it is believed that you are not supposed to work in a tobacco and liquor company. Also, if you are a muslim you are not suppose to have or work in a piggery farm.

Common examples include:
Dismiss an employee because of their religion.
Deciding not to hire an applicant because of their religion.
Refusing to be promoted because of an employee's religion.
Paying an employee less because of their religion.

My Christian denomination prohibits brewery business, tobacco business and all illegal form of business. Apart from these businesses, we are free in doing any kind of legitimate business. It's important to note that it isn't complusory one obeys the rules of the denomination.

My religion stops us not to gambling or betting business. We are not allowed business of beer or wine, neither sell nor buy plus can not drink as well. It prohibits us from illegal work or illegal way of business. It also prohibits us business of prostitute etc.

Well, when talking about business prohibited by religion, one need to be to understand the basic standard of moral and humanity.
Especially illegal business, businesses that does not glorify God and all others.

Aside drugs, I you don't see any other form of business online religion restricts me from venturing into. Or maybe being involved in duping people or selling inferior goods to customers which my conscience will not allow.

Definitely, as a muslim, there are a couple businesses or transactions that are definitely prohibited, the sales of pork, alcohol for consumption and transactions that involve elements of fraud and a couple others. Islam definitely has played a major role in encouraging good and forbidden evil, all are well laid out in the Qur'an and hadith.

My religion prohibit all those business in which a business man work with fraud, not work with honestly or disheartening the customers like as a business man make a fool to customers or people and when a company's manager pay not full salary to clients according to their work. I hope you understand my words.

In my religion all types of businesses are allowed as long as they don't involve interest and gambling. Any business that doesn't involve getting gain at the detriment of others omis totally permitted. Businesses that also pay you to refer others without doing much work or promise ypu returns when you Invest a certain amount of money without doing you much work are also prohibited.

I am a Catholic and our church is very conservative. An illegal business is not tolerated by the church even if the business would donate big money to the church. Other businesses that border on morality are also discouraged like bars with girls and prostitution which is also illegal in our country. It is just sad that the government does not work with the church anymore on those issues of morality.

I am a Muslim and my religion prohibits business like rearing of animals like pigs, dogs etc.
You can't rear or sell this two animals in Islam its prohibited, if you do so it is a great sin in Islam.
and you can't transact in any business that will make the receiving party sad.

I dont think my religion is against any type of business except ofcourse the illegal kind such as the sales of hard drugs like cocaine, marijuana and the likes and the illegal sales of weapons.
