Ideally, business shouldn't be intertwined with religion but we don't live in an ideal world. Religion is a huge part of our lives and existence. It regulates our behaviors and it is the opium of the masses. My religion however, does not prohibit many businesses.

Business as they say is Business, it shouldn't concern your religion, and you shouldn't mix religion with Business.
in fact religion could be a deterrent to success. One's success in business is more often based on one's actions, ethics, courage, and acumen.

My doctrine prohibits any action/business that will go against the 10 commandments. The 10 laws are there to guide me against greed, selfishness, adultery, theft and the rest of it. Once I engage in a business that does go against those then am go to go.

Business is seen as an unbiased legal transaction. There are some businesses that tend to thrive in localities that need them while others do not. In such areas things that thrive tend to be either politically, economically or of religious importance. What are those businesses that your religion does not permit?
My religion prohabits certain businesses especially the selling of marijuana, cocaine and other hard drugs that is detrimental to health. Apart from this type of anti health business there are other business that my religion also stop me from doing.

The oldest capitalistic region in the world, England, is predominantly Protestant; in some countries, such as Switzerland or France, the Protestants were especially thrifty and attracted to business; and the economic rise of the United States of America was driven for the most part by Protestant immigrants from Europe.

My religion prohibits any business that can tend to harm you or take you far away from God. Such business include prostitution, alcohol and smoking. Though I am not someone who believes personal values and beliefs should affect public dealings

A Christian should run their business on Biblical principles…honesty, integrity, love, truth, etc. However, if you start requiring people to partake of “COMMUNION”, or complying with Jesus’ command….to “go ye into all the world…” you will be hard-pressed to comply with “the separation of Church and State” issues placed upon us by our government.

My religion prohibited those businesses and work which is illegal and like of gambling as gambling is is not accepted in my country which is illegal and haram in my religion so there are so many work and businesses in those countries and they are specially not accept it to work and run in their religious country which is not accepting this work and businesses at any cost.

There can be several types of religious discrimination. If, due to your religious views or traditions or your violation of those religious beliefs, you have been rejected employment or a promotion, threatened and denied accommodation in work, you may be arguing. A number of employers are forbidden from engaging in religious discrimination in the workplace.

In Islam, trade in all forbidden foods/activities are prohibited. Businesses in and around alcohol is completely forbidden, sales of port meat and that of dog is also forbidden. NB, dogs can be raised by muslim as pet but not for business.
Gambling and everything associated with it is forbidden. Usury/interest based loan are forbidden also and many more

Religion acts as a historical force, which has an indirect effect on business attitudes. It can also be a regular force and doing so has a direct impact on business. After all, religious institutions are part of the ongoing conversation about business accountability and play a variety of roles.

Yes, business is legal transaction of money from one to another so our religion give permission us to do business and earn money and enjoy their life. I do our business completely according to our religion. So I suggest you to do business acording to your religion.

Our Islam forbids all such businesses which are haraam. These include drug trade, human trafficking, any lucrative business, any business that involves fraud, adulteration. Islam forbids any business that is haraam. If Islam is harmed, Islam forbids it.

Religion and business are not different as religions tells ubout on Which basis you might take your business. As islam tells ubout the business on the loyalty based also other religions tells ubout the same so one can adopt properties and run it's business on actual basis.

We are not to involve in businesses that have got illegal potentials, like sales of firearms, drugs and the likes. Also things like betting are not encouraged too because of the damaging effect it usually present.

Because of our country's great diversity, employers may hire employees from a great variety of countries and religious backgrounds. In an ideal work environment, the religious beliefs of a given employee, or of the employer, do not create conflicts. Either is free to believe as he or she chooses and, as long as the work gets done satisfactorily, neither will encounter difficulty on the basis of religion. Yet, in the real world, a number of issues can arise to create friction. An employer and employee may discuss, or even argue over, religious principles. What's more, religion is not simply a matter of belief.

Any food that can affect the human after consumption is not accepted by my religion. My religion prohibit alcohol, beer, pig, dog etc. The religion prohibit it because considering the effect it had on human being NY religion prohibit it . I want to tell u that most if this product is lucrative but considering the well being of human race it has to be prohibited. Some of our religious faithful ate doing it bcos it is lucrative but we need to considered the life after death.

I am not a Muslim but I guess they prohibit the Sales of alcoholic drinks. Here in Nigeria they have agencies that oversees that alcoholic drinks are not sold over there

My own religion isn't against any business aside human trafficking, drug dealing, prostitution, human parts sales because they are in support of youths to achieve something good. Let's ignore all these sentiments and look for a legit way to make money.
