vBulletin charging extra for mobile version

vBulletin are probably the only popular forum script developers who charge extra for offering a mobile version. Most of the other paid forum scripts (IPB, XenForo, Burning Board, NodeBB) have their scripts mobile-ready, and it's all included in the price. Why do you think that vBulletin adopted this policy of pricing its regular and its mobile versions separately?

That is kind of crazy, vBulletin should not be doing that. People pay enough anyway.
