I don't really know if the current Vbulletin setup is really that bad. Anyway, I still believe the owners mess up things and then blame the software. Well, I have seen some good VB forums, so how come some people don't give it a chance?

VB Getting a Bad Rap

VBulletin is becoming outdated and vulnerable day after day due to lack of maintenance and releases unlike PHPBB or MyBB software how has new releases every day.
I do not have personal experience with VB, but I do not see it being used by too many forums these days. I also frequently come to discussions where users say that it has basic features and is outdated. The only reason people seem to be using VB is because of its moderate pricing structure.
