You are right but the second to last point - ('Make a paid to sign up task on the GPT site') will not give you active referrals, it will only provide you with sign ups which where done by GPT workers.
The fastest means you have mentioned is posting on blogs and forums, here you get numerous people to sign up and stay active.

That's a good idea on how to get enough referrals to your site or any website you join that needs you to bring in referrals. I think you can also promote it via this forum in the market place. The more effective way is to have a good channel or blog (which means you have followers there who love your content and always watching your videos or articles ), but it isn't easy, by the way.

For the Ptc, GPT isn't effective much. I always lose a lot of money and never get a good result.

I agree with what you said. It may only reward you for just one time the moment they joined. Even then, there are some referral program that requires a certain amount of post or activity before considering them a referrals.

i don't recommend this for many reasons, first reason; people in that specific GPT might cheat (and it happens a lot), they can even get you banned from that website since they keep registring many accounts from same ip to get paid multiple times
