It seems the manager of Manchester United, Ten Hag, is falling out with a lot of the senior players there, or is it the media saying too much? After what is happening with Sancho, now Varane is next? Do you think the manager is the problem?

If the manager is provoking a dispute between the players and we add to this the poor performance of Manchester United in general, I think Ten Hag is the target, I think that a team cannot perform well if there are internal disputes all the time, they have to do something to remedy this.

One of the important attributes of a top class manager is the ability to carry every single player along, no matter the differences. Every player wants to play regularly. How you treat those who don't play regularly is vitally important.

Ji-Sung Park was never a regular starter under Ferguson. But he knew he will get his chance, and Sir Alex created a very important role for him in the squad. As a matter of fact. J.S. Park was more popular and more important to the team than the likes of Anderson and some others who started more games than him.

Varane was priced out of Madrid with a lot of money and several other promises - one of which is regular playing time. If the current manager doesn't like him, decent conversation without drama will do. But so far Ten Hag has proven himself to be terrible at handling these superstars. From the Ronaldo saga to stripping Maguire of the captain band and to Sancho, the manager hasn't covered himself in glory. If he continues this way, it's only a matter of time before the players down tools. There is just enough a group of rich dudes can take.
