Types of companies

I believe that it is important for the government to try to segment businesses based on this kind of criteria so that investors can be able to better know what they are going to be expecting anytime you are injecting money.
Segmentation of business is very important for the business by the government because the that should be the criteria for investor to be able to know the difference between public and private limited.

I believe that they are doing this other to make it much more easier for the public and also external investors to be able to find it very easy with exactly the type of company that you want to invest in.

There are majorly three types or classification of companies which are: the primary company, the secondary company and the last one, the tertiary company. So all this companies has there functions.

primary companies specialises in extracting raw materials and selling it to people that belong in the secondary company those people actually process the materials and give it to people that finish it. And think those of the tertiary usually make a lot of profit because they sell it directly to the end users.

Yeah, but when starting a business , sometimes business owners may not likely put these things into consideration because they just believe it is not necessary. I don't think this will really affect how your business should be operated.

I do not know why but I usually prefer to work on the secondary where my work is going to be primarily involved with production because I usually like creativity and seeing how something is built from the scratch.

It is largely dependent on the kind of business you are going into. There are some businesses that require this some certain things to be put into place and known very well by the business owner and there are some that it is not really required.

So, it is all about the kind of business you want to venture into and the level of knowledge required to be successful on it.

There are three types of companies according to their economic activity..:

Primary sector companies. Agriculture, livestock, fishing, and mining. ...
Secondary sector companies (industrial). Companies engaged in industry and construction, i.e., the transformation of goods.
Companies in the tertiary sector (service sector).

What is the purpose of classifying companies by type of activity? Is it important for an entrepreneur to know where he/she is in the classification? Are the regulatory rules the same for each case?
There are always the need to clasify company according to their sector, because it shows their relevant based on the services they are offering,it helps for identification and planning on the part of the government and how to come up with policy direction as well.

Private companies and the public companies are the two kind of companies that thrive a lot in my country. There are a few non-profit organisations as well in here.

There are thousands of companies and there a lot of ways we could classify companies over here. From privately owned to Government owned, large scale to small scale and so on.

There are many kind of companies. Some of the companies are based on partnership-based businesses. I have never conducted business in here. However, I plan to buy shares of public companies.

Between the private and public companies , most people prefer working in the public companies because of its advantage it holds like getting bonus and allowance , retirement benefits and many more .

i believe the issue of business classification emanates from when you are trying to register your business from the regulatory government agencies and your business needs to fall on a category that can be billed based on your scale of business.

There are different types of companies some of them are private and government companies this are mostly own by an individual or a group of people also

Privacy company I think is being owned by an individual or a group of entrepreneurs while a public company is being owned by the government of the country .

I think that diversification and channelisation of businesses is also quite important when it comes to running the business in a proper manner. many people do not realise this at all.
