Hello, people who have their commercial register, and have personalized the name of their company or product, they have not yet registered their brand in the autonomous intellectual property service and it is due to the high prices for the processing of it, my question is; How important is the registration of a trademark and what benefits are obtained?

Well, for example if its just your own brand that you promote as a image it s not mandatory to trademark it, but if you are selling a product that doesn t exist anywhere else, to protect it from stealing you can trademark it. For example I have done a self development board game last year, and this year I wanted to trademark it, the process was about 6 months and would ve costed me close to 1000$ USD though with the challenging times I used the money to cover expenses in the last months.

Indeed it is a long and expensive process ... but it is time and money well invested since all trademarks or patents must be registered, guaranteed and protected from plagiarism or stealing

Registration provides nationwide priority over all others who might seek to adopt the registered mark. Registration significantly reduces the costs of enforcing trademarks rights. Registration provides for enhanced protection against counterfeiters, cybersquatters, and importers of infringing product.

Trade marks are properties meant to distinguish one from another. Anybody is entitled to one when starting up a business. Although people try to steal the registered ones such acts are punishable by the law.

The benefits of trademark Is just that nobody will be able to use your products without getting permission from you. And if for example you have a company or business owner using your product or label withy your permission you sue the company to court and charge for impersonation which can cost the company a whole lots of money.

A trademark is a unique symbol or word(s) used to represent a business or its products. ... Over time, trademarks become synonymous with a company name, so that you don't even need to see the name to recognize a particular business.
