Trade by barter is a technique use by our ancestors, where they exchange goods for goods, exchange labor for good, example of mr A has rice and mr B has beans they can decide to do an exchange.

Bartering is trading services or goods with another person when there is no money involved. ... Bartering has been around for a very long time, however, it's not necessarily something that an economy or society has relied solely on. What is your opinion about this, do you think I should I engage in this?

Barter trade is so rare these days. People rely more on selling things for money. You only find barter trade being done among family, friends or people who know each other well. And that still happens in very rare cases. So if you know someone who wants to do it with you, you can go ahead.

The trade by barter system has been invoked right from the inception of time,it is a system where by the exchange of goods and services is normally done without the use of money,you have what someone doesn't and the person has what you don't have, by mutual agreement,there will be a satisfactory trade by exchanging goods.
