it is always very important and necessary that employees respect their employers because they are working for them and they are being paid. At the same time the employer should also give some level of respect to his employees.

I quite agree with you,because the issue of respect should be on a reciprocal bases,no matter how the age disparaty is the respect should be mutual,while obaying stipulated rules in the firm.

Though, your boss is not doing much favour to you because you're being paid for your work, you still have respect every him or her. For me, in anywhere I have work, I have never disrespect my boss. It is just something that is reciprocal. As a business owner you should have rules and regulations in your business and when you feel that your employee is not representing your interest then you should lay the employee off.

If you're not accorded the respect that you deserve at workplace, it could affect you psychologically, but it is very necessary to control your emotions because if you are not respected, it shouldn't affect you at work places at all.

As a member of any forum it is important you by as much as possible to abide by the rules and regulations. But if any forum is fond of shifting blames then there is no need for you to work for them

I am of the opinion that the business owners should try as much as possible to put down rules that are regarding how employees would respect one another.
