To what level should an employee respect his owner?

Every employee in the office must always be polite and kind. If he is asked to do something illegal at work, he must be firm and unyielding in his response.

Respect should be a mutial thing between the owner of the business and the workers , the workers should know that their boss is their boss and always respect him or her ,while the boss too should accord some respect to his workers .

Nothing really much . you only have to obey their rules and regulation, that's all. You may not really have to respect them all that but being loyal and working honestly as you have been employed in the business organisation is the best way to satisfy your employers.

An employee should respect his boss in whatever situations he may find himself in and I also think that an employee should not be playful around his boss

The owner has the final say over his business and as at that moment , he or she is the one feeding you because he's the one paying your salary , so you have to give him the respect he deserves as an employee .

Employees should treat their employers with the utmost respect that is if you want to keep your job, unless they are interfering in their personal affairs or attempting to coerce them into doing something they don't want to.

it should be 100% because the employer is the owner of the business and he or she is the one who pays his wages or salary, so therefore, the employee must give the employer maximum respect during the period of his service

Respect is always give and take, if you want respect from me, you need to respect me. Therefore, if an employer wants respect from his employees, he should respect his employees, and if the employees want respect from employer, they should also respect their boss.

An employee should respect their owner to a reasonable level. It's important to show respect for their authority, follow company rules, and maintain professionalism in the workplace. However, this respect should also be reciprocal, with the owner treating employees fairly, valuing their contributions, and creating a positive work environment.
