Well, the key word here is discipline. I'll share a strategy that I just found out this year and it has helped a whole lot; I can't really remember the name of the technique but it requires you dividing your tasks into bits and then for 25 minutes, tackle them headlong.
Rest for 5 mins, go again till the fourth time you'll rest for 10 minutes. You'll see the ease at which you'll achieve things with this.
Becoming very disciplined with how you manage your time and also how you work is something that is always going to be beneficial for you and your health generally. This will make it impossible for you to do things in a way that your health is going to be put in serious jeopardy.
