Time stressed?

Well, the key word here is discipline. I'll share a strategy that I just found out this year and it has helped a whole lot; I can't really remember the name of the technique but it requires you dividing your tasks into bits and then for 25 minutes, tackle them headlong.
Rest for 5 mins, go again till the fourth time you'll rest for 10 minutes. You'll see the ease at which you'll achieve things with this.

Becoming very disciplined with how you manage your time and also how you work is something that is always going to be beneficial for you and your health generally. This will make it impossible for you to do things in a way that your health is going to be put in serious jeopardy.

The key part is to be mentally ready to handle the stress. One can be stressed out sometimes, but when you are not mentally fit to face what is on ground, you will end up not achieving a lot that you would want to achieve and that becomes a problem.

This is because both of them are always going to make it very difficult for you to give your best in anything that you're doing when they are not well taken care of.

I believe that how we manage our time is what is going to determine the level of stress we are going to be putting ourselves through all in the name of working. This is the reason why time management is something that is always going to help you to work on how time stressed you are going to be with anything you are doing.

If I'm closing for work today, I'll draw out a plan on things I expect to work on tomorrow and leave it on my desk. In the morning when I get to work, I'll know if there is more to add to my to do list. Using this to do list to schedule how I'll work gives me a clear path to work.

The saying, "Health is Wealth" can never be wrong because whenever you are healthy, it makes it possible for you to work and make money. But in a situation whereby your health have been compromised, you will be wasting the money that you have on medical bills which you wouldn't even know if it is going to be enough to fix the health problem that you have.
