Time stressed?

As for me I promise myself to never stress my self much on anything that is not profitable to me in anyway, because back then while working in an organization like that,I dedicated all my time and energy to the company,but when the time to upgrade me comes they denied me. So ever since I vowed not to use my self anyhow by stressing my time for a company again.
I agree and not only when something is not profitable, we should try to stay away from stress as much as possible because the consequences are not good at any time. There may come a time when it is not controlled, but even so we must keep them distant from that which produces it.

Some times you need to give yourself a break. Should something happen to you in the process, who will now enjoy the wealth you were struggling for. One can stress but not over stress, I don't think it's advisable, to be honest. You can always hire people for assistance.

It's due to the present state of the economy we are all trying to hustle to take care of our needs and put food on the table, presently I'm working on 3 paid to post sites along with my online business it hasn't been easy but financially I'm getting better, I just rest when I feel tired and continue. It is better to be stressed than to be broke
 
In the race of life, it's the smartest that wins and not the most hardworking as it's the hardworkers that devote all their time to work or jobs but the smartest are mostly into investment leaving their money to work for them.
 
To manage your time in a business is for you to employ the right people and the right number of employees
Don't allow an employee to do the work of two people
Or you as the owner should not do the work of two people
 
That is true but really it is sad. We need to take care our selves and it is not impossible to break down but really the world has become difficult and we need to work to be able to feed. We should always lay out our schedule each day and create time intervals to rest in between.

It's all about planning and consistency in your plans,if you plan well it will give room to manage your time efficiently and effectively. When to work and when to rest is very notable.
 
I have seen a lot of people been brought to the hospital with simple stress because they have been over working yourself. Even in the struggle, you should always know that your health is important and you should set aside a time for everything.

The result might not worth the struggle now, but with time, perseverance and diligence, it would worth it. Stress is common with business owners and you can curtail it with adequate healthy lifestyle.
 
I try to manage my time responsibly not forgetting when to sleep and when to eat... Things must be balanced well and one must not be priotied over the other.
 
Plan your day, plan your time, this will help you to know what you are supposed to do and how you are supposed to do it and at what time.
 
Being steessed is one of the things that can really slow down growth and productivity. You should always set aside time for everything and time to rest between work hours.
 
Well, concerning your question in the above post on why we get time stressed and if the results are really worth it, well i would say that we get stressed due to working over hours most times and not getting enough sleep to cover up for the hours

Managing your time in any business or in anything that you are doing, is all about ensuring that you have a plan for the day. What i typically tend to do is that i put in a plan of all that i want to accomplish throughout that specific day and then i plan my day accordingly. In doing so i am able to set myself goals and whilst it can get quite stressful it is necessary steps that have to taken to ensure success.
 
Stress Is something that a lot of us do take it for granted. And that is why it is important that we should always set aside time to rest in our work hours.
 
Time Stress. You experience time stress when you worry about time, or the lack thereof. You worry about the number of things that you have to do, and you fear that you'll fail to achieve something important. You might feel trapped, unhappy, or even hopeless.
 
If you cannot give time to your business, your business will fail. This is what happened to me when I had a restaurant. I was so buy with other works that I could not give enough time for the restaurant and it failed.
 
Stress is one of the thing you will have to endure when trying to attain financial freedom. It's best you know what's worth your time anyways.
 
Managing stress is like an everyday struggle. Because we have not met our target we have to spend hours to meet them. When we plan our workload piece by piece, it helps.
