Time stressed?

This is really a huge problem for many individuals and business, myself included. There are days everything becomes so stressed for me that I am not even able to make $1 here. But I guess the best way to manage your time would be to create a timetable for each of your task. And be able to control yourself not to over shoot the time.

Stress cause of lack of time is usually due to solely one factor. Poor time management. No matter how much your appointment is or task it can be well managed ones you plan everything well hence averting stress

Time management is an activity that has been overlooked and in turn it's benefits not enjoyed, effective time management would allow the business owner to have enough time for effective managing

Welll time stressed in business doesn't look good on a business it make the business ware out on time and do many mistakes happen along the line

It's more easier to create time to rest if you're self-employed but in my case which I'm not self-employed, I work tediously and for a long duration, with little pay and at the end of the day, I just have to cope with it because of the present economic situation.

That is true, but it is also really sad. We must look after ourselves, and while it is not impossible to fall apart, the world has gotten harder, and we must strive in order to survive. Every day, we should map out our schedule and set out time to rest in between.

It's a necessity to manage ones time and stress. Many faced serious health challenges due to poor stress management. The best thing you could do for yourself is to manage stress properly because it could cause a mental imbalance. Most especially if the work you do is brain tasking .

As for me, I stress out myself to achieve some tasks just for me to get the positive results, I take little breaks just to eat something to regain some strength. At the end, the stress is really worth because you start to see results. I have dedicated last three days of every month as short vacation for myself. No work within these days, just resting myself and feeding well to get back stronger.

Stress due to lack of rest can be very detrimental to our health. However, it is difficult to maintain a stress-free lifestyle due to work-related commitments.

Everyone seems so busy. Many of us end up doing more than we can really handle. It looks like we are time stressed. Like devoting extra hours at work, to earn more. Results is that we are burnt out. Lose billions of dollars annually to health management. The question is how do you manage your time in business?
Are the results really worth the struggle?
Most of the times the reason most persons would be giving in to stress is the issue of ho they wants to meet up with a given target they ahve set for themself, and in most cases the set goals are unrealistic, and this will then put and pile up stress on the business owner.

I'm sure I have made a thread about time management on this forum, it is best to plan your day ahead so that you can have allotted time to do tasks and whatnot, among other things.

Personally I'll say the time I put in my business does not worth it because I own myself and I know what I've invested in my health to keep me going. At a point I know I'll get there, talking about attaining more than half of conquering this.

Being stressed out is common place now with the demand of work and financial responsibilities, this has in turn created a debilitating health challenge to many people.
Managing and planning ones time and schedule is of great benefit.

It has been difficult for me. Even when I spell out my schedules, at the end of the day, I go home really stressed out. To avoid health issues, I try as much as possible to take quick naps and sleep long hours at night.

You're right. When self employed, creating time for yourself is easier, but when you're working for someone, it is difficult to create time for yourself, and you become time stressed.

We should do well to keep your time for work never to stress too much because we all know that stress can kill too well, so the best way is to keep your timetable.

Most times the results (wage) is not even worth this stress but you have no other option than to continue because probably the little wage covers some bills

Proper time management is one of the ways to spend your time wisely in all things you do. You should be able to schedule time for your business and personal life as well as friends and family.

People who are usually working for large amounts of hours every day with little or no time to rest entirely. This is not good for our health as we should always find time to relax and even take small gaps in between our work in the daytime.

This is a very good advice. We should always endeavor to rest after a hard day's work. Without resting well, we might end up being stressed and it will affect your productivity levels

Time management is important not only in business but also in life. If you manage your time properly then you can finish the chores and errands and you will still have time for yourself. I always try to have my own time after dinner. That is my relaxation period right before bedtime.
