Everyone seems so busy. Many of us end up doing more than we can really handle. It looks like we are time stressed. Like devoting extra hours at work, to earn more. Results is that we are burnt out. Lose billions of dollars annually to health management. The question is how do you manage your time in business?
Are the results really worth the struggle?

The best way to manage time in a company or in daily life, so that everything works correctly is with responsibility. In my case, I plan an agenda with daily activities on a weekly basis and I stick to it. I do this because I really want everything to work without getting stressed.
 
You know sometimes people have to work different jobs at the same time to enable them meet upto their financial needs. No doubt the body will be stressed out,but one has no choice in this instance of the person having no other options.

Yes, it is true, nowadays many people have become so stressed that they have become ill and have not continued with their business. That's why I plan my time and try to stick to it, so I minimize stress and don't fall into despair, since I have my work online and offline.

So as not to have time stress, the best way is to manage your time diligently, draw a time table and schedule your movement and time In way that will ease your stress, so that you wont have problem stressing out by time factor.

We are not really losing time but we are probably wasting time on a wrong thing billions of dollars or any currency loosed is because we don't take care of ourselves most times when we are stressed but if you don't fight then the person is a looser

I get your point and it's valid. If we have plans for our activities we'll be less sidetracked. More like it helps to save time because you get things done at the proper time. But what happens when in a week your activities are so choked up that meeting up with your plan seems so demanding? What do you do? And what if it keeps recurring just this way?

Yeah we engage in many activities that may not be worth the time. But what happens if this activities, let's say at the work place are needed to meet up with the increase job demand. How do you handle it?
 
I get your point and it's valid. If we have plans for our activities we'll be less sidetracked. More like it helps to save time because you get things done at the proper time. But what happens when in a week your activities are so choked up that meeting up with your plan seems so demanding? What do you do? And what if it keeps recurring just this way?
Generally, as I mentioned before, I keep a personal agenda, where I distribute my daily activities during a week and try to stick to it, which I usually manage to do. I have an offline job and the rest of my time is spent online on different sites and activities.
 
We shouldn't struggle so much over money to the extent endangering our health to please our curiosity for money. We should remember that serious health challenges might suck up the whole amount we might have made over the period of one year or bigger if it isn't managed better.

yes, you are doing the right thing in the right way. when you divert your mind with good things you reduce your stress to feel peace of mind. everywhere is stress now in life and people are just doing their best but not getting as they want.

Yes dear you are very right, this is the age of Science and Technology where people are becoming materialistic and there's so much busy to earn their living.
it is also very difficult for me to manage time for my studies and online earning so I just make a schedule for this purpose.

That's the idea @BTCBEE , to maintain peace of mind as much as possible and for that you have to distribute your time as best as possible to avoid complications. Not long ago I had a family member hospitalized due to stress so you should avoid going to such extremes.

its really good when people understand that how to beat stress in their life to be calm and peaceful to do better in life so you must know stress is an enemy of peace in our life. just cheer and smile always and do your best

you know the time is very important nowadays in our daily life so the waste of time is very dangerous for us and we should not waste our time and do work hard in their business and earn money enjoy your life

I always do it, it's a way to keep me in peace and health. The vast majority of people who can't manage stress are difficult at work, at home, with friends and end up alone. As you describe, it is better to overcome stress to be calm and peaceful.
As for me I promise myself to never stress my self much on anything that is not profitable to me in anyway, because back then while working in an organization like that,I dedicated all my time and energy to the company,but when the time to upgrade me comes they denied me. So ever since I vowed not to use my self anyhow by stressing my time for a company again.

That's true. We need to maintain our health, work when your health permits you. If you're feeling dizziness, don't work, give the body adequate rest. I know money entice us more to work, but we should work as our body permits.
