TikTok launches a community Fan Spotlight feature

This week, TikTok partnered with Billie Eilish to launch their brand new Fan Spotlight feature.

As described by TikTok → Fan Spotlight is a new artist-first feature which allows artists to showcase their favorite fan videos on their official TikTok profiles.

Artists can showcase up to five of their favourite fan videos at a time, by pinning them to the top of their music tab.

Community is ALL about pulling people up onto a shared stage, and creating a culture of "ours" not "mine".

• Incentivising fans to share and use artists audios and music.
• A huge sharable moment and fan win for those who get the "you've been pinned" notification.
• And most importantly, giving back to those who are loyal, active and engaged.

Tiktok would have to do better when it comes to regulating the type of contents that they allow on their platform. When you say this is the case, what about the X app, is it allowed in your country as well?
