Tennis lovers?

I am in pain right now, as I am watching on and off Federer vs Nadal Australian open. The 5th set is about to being, and I am afraid Federer might lose it. I hope the next time I return here he has conquered his 18th Grand Slam!

Any tennis fans here?

Oh most definitely, i have been a fan of tennis the Swiss Maestro for about 10 years, i was thrilled to see him overcome nadal in the Australian Open final and take the victory for the 18th Grand Slam.

I started to follow (and practice... by the way, I'm loving it! Woot) tennis lately. I still don' have any favorite players, so I - still - don't suffer for any of them while I watch a match (but I think maybe this will start to happen very soon ).

I thought the tennis matches were always boring, but I realized I was wrong.

Haha, so funny enough right now it's on the Roland Garros semis and Wawrinka is just playing Murray. I hope Wawrinka wins!

I was injured, returned to action 2-3 weeks ago, and this weekend I am doing my first match, I am really looking forward to it. How did you start practising? Joined a club?

Initially, I started practicing because one of my friends (who has been practicing tennis for several years) decided to invite me. I decided to take a chance and I started to play in the club he usually plays. The result was that it did not take long for me to enjoy it and decide to continue practicing.

I cannot say that I am a tennis lover, but I did used to play a little when I was younger. I thought that I would still be good as an adult but I lost most of everything there, but I do enjoy watching the tournaments.

What made me more surprised when I started to follow the tennis matches was the fact that I could have demystified the idea of how boring they were (because it's totally the opposite ).

I really don't like Tennis. I find it boring and I feel like the games go on forever sometimes. I know you lovers will disagree, but this is what I think of it. At least Britain have a brilliant player in Andy Murray. I didn't play Tennis at School either, I played Badminton usually and hated it a lot.

I seldom watch tennis but I saw parts of the championship in Wimbledon where Roger Federer grabbed his 8th win when he defeated Marin Cilic who was suffering from blistered toes. It was also the 19th grand slam title for Federer hence I was lucky to have seen that historic game. But I have to admit that I am not exactly a fan of Federer although some people in our home rooted for him.

As great as some of the others have been over time, I don't think any come close to Federer as he continues to dominate well into his late 30's. It truly is remarkable.

I do enjoy a bit of tennis every now and again. Though, I would much rather play it then see by and watch it. I am usually the top of person who simply plays sports for just fun than watch teams on television do it.

yes, I am one of the tennis lover..it makes me actively..I really enjoyed while playing the tennis..and i also watching the tennis...if a chance for playing tennis i defenitely make myself to involve in tennis...that much i have crazy on that...

Tennis is pretty fun to play and lately over the last couple of years I've been getting into watching tennis more on TV. They have that big cup here in Canada called the Rogers Cup and it's always exciting watching tennis during that tournament.
