Paid to post forums are the forums that pay registered users for posting on the forum. Would you consider running a paid to post forum, do you have a paid to post forum? Do you have any experience running or managing a paid to post forum. have you worked as a staff on any paid to post forums.

I was a member of two pay 2 post forums, didn't see how they could keep up with the payments. All of the ads were so annoying
That would be the only way for them to pay members though, right?

I mean they have to generate money in order to pay otherwise that strategy isn't going to last LOL.

They have to generate funds one way or another which using ads is one of the best ways to do it. It's just they having too many ads in way that is intrusive can be very annoying to users. Bizdustry used to be among the best paid to post forums I've used in the past, along with Forum Coin, The Forum Wheel, and BeerMoney Forum.

It’s basically the only they’ll be able to pay their members to post, unless the owner has deep pockets and can afford to pay the members to post without the use of advertisements.

Generating revenue is very important for a paid to post forums, but I have seen a paid to post forum that does not have ads and the owner is paying from his pockets. he said he is funding the forum from his other projects. Even if the owner has a lot of money, I don't think you can continue to run a paid to post forums from your pockets for a long time.
