I would prefer telegram to run a database for clients as telegram enables thousands to accomodate a room or group as the case may be but that is not the case with whatsapp and I just like that the features on telegram are really effective, the voice call doesn't consume much data.

I prefer whatsapp than telegram only the day to day update on whatsapp is enough for me to chat my client or do business with anyone i want to , but telegram looks much more harder fpr me

I prefer whatsapp to telegram. It is so easy to use and I have so many contacts there who I can promote my business to. Moreover, I know very few people who use Telegram and that is not good for me as there is no market there. Also, I am not really familiar of how telegram works, so it won't work for me.

Telegram is good. It does not mine your data. Whatsapp keeps log of your typed words and the content. And then uses it to send to the facebook. And there is nothing we can do about it. I have never used Telegram but I have used Whatsapp. You need to have a large contacts in order to run business on Whatsapp. Whatsapp is a good source when it comes to expanding business locally. I am a telegram user, I have never used whatsapp. I was never interested in whatsapp. I have been using telegram since many years and I use telegram for business and personal communication.

I'm not gonna focus on business, overall I prefer WhatsApp because the numbers of monthly users you mentioned are actually important because the majority of people use WhatsApp and it's system much easier to use and everyone know how it works while telegram might be a little bit difficult for someone who hadn't use it before .
