Thanks a lot for the write up and l have learned a lot from it even though l was finding solutions to some of them before I came across the write up. The ones many people always find it difficult to prevent are just the laziness and giving up on their abilities. Really helpful article... A positive mindset is really important in order to go far in this life we are. I once heard of a story about a guy who was asked in a interview what his hobbies were and he said sleeping was his hobby,ofthen the company bought a brand new mattress for him and gave him transport fare. And that's how he lost a very big opportunity.

These vices can arise from very simple situations that have nothing harmful, but by its nature of entertainment can generate an addiction.
