Lol, you're funny. Why do you think president of some countries or even both countries have advisers. There is no way you can know everything by yourself and that's why you need people to advise you in some certain issues. But you must be a very wealthy businessman in order to employ people for that role.

As a business owner you must be ready to learn on daily basis. You can learn online and you can learn offline. You can attend conferences in order to help you expand your business knowledge. This may not apply to small business owners though.
