If you're a bigger business, and have employees and all that jazz, should you then also establish an LLC around that business if you haven't already? I think if you run a major business it has to be registered as an LLC, at least in the US. A company I worked for had to register an LLC for them to move along.

Is there ever a moment where you have to start an LLC?

LLC or Limited Liability Company is not a popular business model here in my home country. instead of LLC, private limited companies are more popular here. IN our country, you need to register a Private Limited Company in a company registrar office and get registered for personal account number for taxation.
